Reclaiming Her Strength, Confidence, and Community

Sometimes the biggest shift comes not from a perfect plan, but from simply showing up. That’s exactly how this Outlaw North member—a remote-working mom of two—transformed more than just her strength- she’s shifted her mindset, routine, and health after struggling through the post-COVID slump.

From Burnout to a New Beginning
Working as a Quality Analyst in IT, her days were spent behind a laptop, followed by house chores and chasing after her two boys. The isolation of remote work and the physical fatigue left her drained. After her younger son was born during COVID, weight gain and exhaustion started to take a toll.

“I tried PT at another gym, did all kinds of diets—but nothing really worked. I didn’t feel connected to it. I needed more than just a workout. I needed community.”

Finding the Right Fit
She gave group fitness another shot—this time at Outlaw North.

“Honestly, I wasn’t sure I’d be able to keep up in a group setting. But the moment I showed up, everything changed. The coaches encouraged me every step of the way, and the people around me cheered me on. I felt seen.”

Small Wins, Big Shifts
Now, nine months later, she’s reclaimed her strength. She’s back to her pre-pregnancy weight—not because that was the goal, but because she prioritized movement and consistency.

“I didn’t join to lose weight—I joined to feel strong. And I do. I can do a rope climb now. That used to be something I’d only hope for.”

She even walks 45 minutes every weekend on her non-gym days, a ritual that grounds her.

The Real Transformation
“The biggest change? Mentally, I’m in such a better place. I look forward to working out. I’ve formed friendships here. This gym is part of my life now.”

From improved energy and mood to rediscovering confidence and strength, it’s a shift that’s rippled into her family life, work, and overall mindset.

Her Message to You
“I’m proof that just showing up works. You don’t need to know what you’re doing. That’s what the coaches are for. Just come. Everything else will follow.”
